Property Manager

The Housing Authority ofMiddlesboro is seeking applicants for the position of "Project Manager".

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, although experience

in the public housing or business related fields will be considered. The ideal applicant must be able to

deal professionally with PHA residents and the public at large, and manage a large workload without

direct supervision.

The position will require a criminal background check, and the successful applicant will be drug tested

before their employment is finalized. Failing this test will disqualify the applicant. The successful

applicant must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under the PHA's liability insurance policy.

The successful applicant (1) must obtain the Public Housing Manager certification within 1 year of

their employment, a (2) will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement, and abide with other PHA

policies and procedures that protect the privacy of PHA residents and employees.
