Debrah Smith Chadwell, 65

Debrah Smith Chadwell, 65, of Pineville passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Pineville on November 23,1958, a daughter of the late Boyd, Sr. and Betty Jean Haley Smith. Debrah was saved and baptized at the First Baptist Church in Pineville. She worked at the Pineville Community Hospital as a Lab Technician, and she loved her work friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Boyd Smith, Jr. and Christopher Smith.

Debrah is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Cameron and Jessica Chadwell; step-granddaughter, Everly Deaton; sisters, Shirley Salata and husband, Jeff, Sharon Philpot, Peggy White and husband, Dennis, and Rebecca and Bruce Ward; sisters-in-law, Betty Smith and Glenda Smith; special friend, Darlene Akers; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, family and many friends.

Services will be on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Jared Smith.

Pallbearers will be Jared Smith, Chris Coomer, Todd Hammer, Dennis White, Steven Frasure, and Kanler Frasure.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Service, which is honored to serve the Chadwell family.
