Timothy Wayne Partin, age 60, of Middlesboro, KY went to his Heavenly home on Saturday, November 9, 2024. He was born on March 9, 1964 to the late Maynard Bates and Gladys Martin.
Tim was a carpenter by trade. He found great pleasure in building things with his hands, taking great pride in his craftmanship. He served in the Kentucky National Guard. In his free time, he enjoyed the thrill of placing a wager on a good chicken fight or being dealt a winning hand in a card game. He also enjoyed watching a good western movie. Above all, he loved his children and grandchildren, and treasured time spent with them.
In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lilly Daniels; uncles, Bo Elliott and Avery Partin; and nephew, Claude Elvis Dixon II.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Amanda (Bryant) Thomas, Timothy Partin (Ashley Powers), Samantha (Josh) Nelson, and Leslie (Cody) Hall; grandchildren, Trey Watkins, Atavius Flanary, Thalia Partin, Taraji Brooks, Trinity Partin, Lilly Partin, Wynter Partin, T.J. Partin, Levi Hall, Noah Hall, and C.J. Kyle; great-grandchild, Amiri Flanary; brothers, Mike Partin and Roy Partin; sister, Michelle Partin; aunt, Brenda (Alan) Seivers as well as a host of other family and friends.
The family of Timothy Wayne Partin will receive friends on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at the Cawood Funeral Home Chapel, Middlesboro, KY. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Junior Nelson presiding.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., at the Gibson Family Cemetery, Little Clear Creek, Pineville, KY. Pallbearers will be Cody Hall, Timothy Partin, Bryant Thomas, Josh Nelson, Mike Partin, Trey Watkins, and Atavius Flanary.
